Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return and receive a 100% refund in the following cases:

Quality Issues
If your order arrives with defects or quality concerns, contact us within 2 days of delivery. Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a return and issue a full refund.

Printing Errors
If the received product does not match your approved design, notify us within 2 days. After reviewing the discrepancy, we’ll process a return and full refund.

Delayed Delivery
If your order is delivered more than 15 days later than the expected date (excluding delays caused by external factors), you may qualify for a return and refund.


Non-Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind if the product matches the order specifications.

Order Mistakes
Refunds won’t be granted for incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please review your selections before checkout.


Return Process

To request a return and refund:

Contact Us: Submit a support request within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the issue.

Return Instructions: Our team will guide you on how to send the product back.
Don’t forget to include the original packing slip.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
